They consistently demonstrate a work ethic that surpassed the ordinary, consistently going above and beyond the call of duty. Once selected, these promising students embark on a rigorous training program. We believe that exceptional leadership requires not just natural talent, but honed skills. This training program equips them with the tools they need to be effective leaders: strong communication skills, the ability to motivate and inspire their peers, and the crucial capacity to manage conflict productively. Head Captain Prisha Bhattacharjee

About

Prisha Bhattacharjee is the current Head Captain at United Black Belt Taekwondo School. With nearly 14 years of training in Taekwondo, Prisha has developed a strong foundation built on perseverance and long-term dedication. Beginning her journey at an early age, she has grown through years of dedication and discipline to become a 4th Degree Black Belt. What started as early exposure to the martial art quickly developed into a deep passion, shaping her into the focused, confident, and committed leader that she is today.

Her impact extends beyond her title, shown through her devotion to her team and her drive for continuous personal growth. Supported by a community that shaped her own Taekwondo journey, she now embraces the responsibility of leading, encouraging, and mentoring the next generation.

I strive to lead by example, demonstrating the same effort, focus, and attitude I expect from those around me.
